Peggy L. Dietz, 82, of Peoria, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Washington Senior Living.
She was born on January 15, 1938 in Peoria, a daughter of Howard and Anna (Laycox) Bell. She married John Dietz on September 11, 1955 in Peoria. He preceded her in death on September 14, 2011 in East Peoria.
Peggy is survived by her daughters, Deborah (JR) Dietz of Machesney Park and Joy (Michael) Curtis of Washington; grandsons, Jason (Cassie) Liberatori of Racine, WI and David (James Crouch) Liberatori of San Diego, CA; and her beloved granddog, Cheyenne.
She worked for many years, alongside her husband, at their insurance company, Dietz Insurance Agency. She retired in 1978.
There will be no public visitation or funeral service.
Memorial contributions may be made in Peggy's memory to Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
