Nelva Bernard

Nelva E. Bernard, 87, of Sparland passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018 at her home in Sparland. Nelva was born on January 30, 1931 in San Francisco, CA. the daughter of Raymond and Eleanor (Conduff) Drago. She married Joseph Bernard. Surviving his her children, Fran A. Weigard and Dennis A. Bernard; two grandchildren: Alexander J. Weigard and Julia G. Weigard. A private graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 in the Sparland Cemetery.
