Michael Cutright

Michael Lee Cutright, 65, of St. Augustine, FL, formerly of Chillicothe, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice, Peoria, surrounded by family. He was born in Bradenton, FL, on November 22, 1951, to Jack and Velma Cutright. He was a 1970 graduate of IVC High School, and married Sheri Gunther on June 8, 1974. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife; his sons Brandon of Chicago, and Ryan (Amanda) of East Peoria; and his sisters Teri and Patty (Dixie). His devotion to community led him to be a 20 year veteran of the Chillicothe Fire Department and 911 dispatch. He enjoyed flying and scuba diving. Memorial services will be Saturday, April 29 at 11:00 AM at Rome Baptist Church in Rome. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, or to family to aid in final arrangements.
