Margie Maddox

Margie E. Maddox, 83, of Chillicothe passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at her home.

She was born on October 12, 1931 in Quincy the daughter of Truman H. and Rosella (Ellis) Finney. She married Ralph "Buddy" Maddox on May 18, 1968. He preceded her in death on Sept. 6, 2011.

Surviving are: two daughters, Vicki (Pat) Thomas of Chillicothe, and Trudy (Joe) Wright of Peoria; one son, Jay (Tammy-Jo) Sibbing of Clinton, TN; two sisters; one brother; seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister.

Margie worked for Caterpillar, Inc. for over 20 years. She loved to cook and take care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Margie's wish was to be cremated. A private family service will be held at Chillicothe City Cemetery. Weber-Hurd Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
