Lucy was born on July 26, 1964 in Peoria to Carl and Ann (Ayres) Burger.
She is survived by her brother, David Burger of Chillicothe, her boyfriend Patrick Crites of Chillicothe, and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe. Visitation will be held on Sunday evening from 5-7:00 PM at the funeral home.
