Kenneth Sarver, age 86, of Chillicothe, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at Aperion Care in Peoria Heights.
Ken was born on December 9, 1933 in Chillicothe, IL to Ezra and Agnes (Rae) Sarver. He married Diantha Adair on June 28, 1958. She preceded him in death on January 14, 2020. Also preceding him in death is his parents; two brothers, James and William; and one sister, Marilyn Roger.
Surviving are his sons, Larry (Susan) Sarver of Chillicothe, IL, Michael (Jennifer) Sarver of Herrin, IL and Dennis (Angela) Sarver of Chillicothe, IL; his grandchildren, Morgan, Reid, Samantha, Sydney and Keegan Sarver; his sister, Janice (Roy) Shipley of Princeville, IL; and many nieces and nephews.
Ken served in the U.S. Army and then was a pilot for Hannah Marine Corp for 30 years until he retired in 1999.
Cremation rites will be accorded and burial of ashes will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe. Memorials may be made to Epilepsy Advocacy Network, 616 35th Ave., Suite 3, Moline, IL 61265.
