Edgar R. Bryant, age 51, of Chillicothe, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria.
Ed was born on May 5, 1969 in Peoria, IL to Harold Morgan and Dolores J. (Wallace) Bryant.
Surviving are his siblings, Betty Hauswirth of Burlington, IA, Terry (Linda) Gritton of Chillicothe, Angela D. (Terry) Errion of Peoria, Harold "Gene" Bryant of Monmouth, IL, Pamella (Tracy) Schurdell of Parma, OH and Shirley (Matt) Snedeker of Centerville, OH; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Cherrie Just.
Ed was a very dedicated worker and became the TAC Manager for Mediacom, where he worked for over 18 years. He loved traveling, especially to the ocean, and camping. He also loved spending time with family and friends.
A public visitation will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 2pm to 4pm at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe. Covid mitigations will be in effect with restrictions on social distancing and face coverings. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation and burial of ashes will be held at Springdale Cemetery in the spring.
