Christopher A. VanAusdall, 43, of Bradford died on Friday, February 26, 2016 at his home.
Chris was born on August 14, 1972 in Peoria, IL the son of John M. and Peggy A. (Barr) VanAusdall. Chris was married to Kristal Root on October 9, 2004 at the Blue Ridge Methodist Church.
Surviving is his stepson, Kraig Root of Chillicothe; his parents, John and Peggy VanAusdall of Chillicothe; his brothers, Joseph M. VanAusdall of Chillicothe, Michael K. VanAusdall of Chillicothe and Matthew (Cesilia) VanAusdall of Peoria; his grandmother Jean Barr of Bartonville; four nieces; two nephews; and one great niece. He was preceded in death by two grandfathers and one grandmother.
Chris graduated from Manual High School in Peoria. He worked for Mexichem Specialty Resins, Inc, in Henry for the past ten years. Chris loved and enjoyed the outdoors and had three beloved dogs. When it came to sports he liked watching the 2013 NFL Champions - the Seattle Seahawks.
