Brian Berger

Brian P. Berger, age 34, of Rogers Park, IL, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at his home. Brian was born on May 19, 1984 in Pontiac, IL.  Surviving are his parents, Craig and Carol Berger of Chillicothe, IL; his siblings, Jeanette (Nathan) Kurth of Hanna City, IL, Faith Jason of Peoria Heights, IL, Caleb (Jennifer) Berger of Ladson, SC, Shambria McNeil of Smyrna, GA, Andrew Berger of Pekin, IL and Arianna Berger of Bellevue, IL; five nephews and two nieces; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Brian benefited greatly from the deaf programs through the Peoria area schools.  He was a member of the Ravenswood Baptist Church and Deaf Community and he enjoyed exploring the city of Chicago, gaming and social media.  Brian was also a loyal Cubs fan. Services will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Noon at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe.  Visitation will also be held on Saturday beginning at 10am.  Burial will be at Chillicothe City Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the Deaf Ministry at Ravenswood Baptist Church or Gideon International.
