Brett G. McCully

Brett G. McCully, age 60, of Chillicothe, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at his home.

Brett was born on April 6, 1962 in Peoria, IL to Mearl and Ellen (Powell) McCully.

Surviving are his daughters, Megan McCully of Chillicothe and Brittany (Brandon) McDougal of Peoria; his grandchildren, Zoey Payton and Jayden McDougal; his brother, Brad (Laura) McCully of Peoria and Dottie (Glen) Fisher of Chillicothe.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Brett retired from Wright Tree Service after 28 years.  He was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church and then Rock Church in Spring Bay.  He was also a 28 year member of AA.  Brett enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Services will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 11am at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe with visitation held one hour prior to the service.  Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.  Memorials in his name may be made to AA.
