Virginia R. Minnes, 93, of Chillicothe passed away Monday, February 8, 2016 at Heritage Health Center in Chillicothe.
Virginia was born November 29, 1922, the daughter of Loren and Effa Mae Clouse. She later married William E. Minnes on August 29, 1943.
Surviving are her children, Michelle, Michael, Marty, and Mason; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Virginia worked as a waitress and served as the Chillicothe Township Assessor for eight years.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Services will be private.
