Lucille Dawson

Lucille Dawson, 93, of Chillicothe passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Heritage Health and Care Center in Chillicothe.

Lucille was born on April 18, 1929 in Chillicothe to Charles and Alice (Johnson) Brown. She married Merle Dawson on March 4, 1944.

Surviving is his daughter Kathy (Brent) Long of Chillicothe; two grandchildren Brian (Stacey) Long and Angela (Chad) Noll of Elmwood, eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, one sister, son Chuck, and grandson Eric.

Lucille helped her husband with his business in Sparland, Dawson Trailer Sales.  She attended the Methodist Church in Sparland.

Cremation rites have been accorded.  A private graveside service will be held at the Lacon Cemetery, Lacon.  Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
